White House 3d model

White House 3d model by 3d Artist André Cantarel.

Absolutely amazing detailing and quality! We can’t believe one person is doing all the work. Secret Service can’t be too pleased with such detailed and accurate model of the White House.

Description:

A very detailed and accurate model of the White House residence. An insane amount of time went into research as a lot of areas aren’t accessible to the public and therefore information is hard to come by. I just became interested in the architecture due to previous movie work featuring this building. The East- and West-Wing will follow when I have the time for it - and patience. Actual renderings of the White House in an environment will follow. Right now the actual renderings only show the asset by itself.

Awesome 3d artwork Paul Pepera

Paul Pepera is a 3D game artist, currently working at Oculus VR. He previously worked at Valve Corporation on Team Fortress 2; as lead mission artist at 343 Industries on Halo 4; as environment artist at id Software on the as-yet-unreleased Doom 4; at TimeGate Studios on first-person shooter Section 8; and freelance for clients including Tripwire Interactive, where he contributed to tactical shooter Red Orchestra: Heroes of Stalingrad. Paul’s 3D models of machinery, real or imagined, exhibit a striking clarity of form and meticulous attention to detail.

He is a self-taught 3D artist. I started working on games when I was around 12 or 13 years old by modding LucasArts titles like Star Wars: Dark Forces and Jedi Knight. The ‘breakthrough’ in his career came around this time, when he realized he enjoyed making games more than playing them.

iWatch Concept by Todd Hamilton

Artist imagine what Apple’s iWatch could look like.

A designer named Todd Hamilton took a stab not only at what the still-speculative watch might look like, but how it might actually work to make calls.

The concept basically imagines the iWatch with vertical controls, something that Hamilton believes “Apple would actually produce.

Lock screen with Siri access

He wanted to retain a slim form factor like the Fuelband and incorporate familiar UI components from iOS 7. It needed to feel natural on the wrist.

The concept shows a black and white lock screen, displaying the time, date, and a button to activate Siri. The springboard features four app icons with a page controller on the right. A press of the home button brings the user back to the lock screen.

Very nice concept by designer Todd Hamilton, but…. We really don’t like the idea of “smart watch” in general. Until someone comes up with technology that doesn’t require constant charging - we are not interested.

Retro styled Renault 4

Retro Concepts, the New Renault 4 by designer David Obendorfer.

About the original car:

The Renault 4, also known as the 4L (pronounced "Quatrelle"), is a hatchback economy car produced by the French automaker Renault between 1961 and 1992. It was the first front-wheel drive family car produced by Renault.

Renault 4 was Renault's response to the 1948 Citroën 2CV. Renault was able to review the advantages and disadvantages of the 2CV design and come up with a larger, more urban vehicle.

Concept:

The result is a combination of modern lines and the classic’s features, coming together in such a way that none of the original’s smallness and cuteness is lost. It shows us how a car can be both simple in design, practical and incredibly charismatic. Something modern cars do not exhibit often anymore.

It’s a modern design with retro-styling cues, perhaps designed to be built on an existing architecture. And like most new cars today, the Revival has been designed with alternative power plants – such as hybrid and all-electric ones – in mind.

Apple TV Air

Apple TV Air concept is HDMI Dongle, looks a lot like a Google Chromecast.

The fourth generation of Apple TV could be introduced this spring. This concept is very simple as Google’s widely successful HDMI dongle Chromecast.

Apple TV Air is the cheapest possible way to watch Apple TV.
It consists of two parts: the HDMI dongle (the actual Apple TV) and a small remote control, both sold together in one box for aprox. $49.
The dongle is powered through HDMI, while the remote has a small changeable battery like the current Apple TV remote
