3d printed Noah’s Ark

3d printed Noah’s Ark 26-foot sculpture by Hung-Chih Peng


26 foot sculpture created by Hung-Chih Peng, from Taiwan, is built of 100,000 individual parts, each 3D printed and assembled by hand into the boat.

Unfinished project is already on display at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum. The work is called “The Deluge: Noah’s Ark.” Peng says it is a comment on the inability of humans to solve the crises that lay before them, including climate change.

Recycle Me folding bike

The Recycle Me bike has been designed by Omer Sagiv and is a foldable bicycle made out of moulded plastic that can be recycled and hence has no carbon footprint. This is probably the most ‘green’ bike of all, and with its attractive shape and colours, it could become an instant hit with the urban dwellers.

The bike also has various features such as dynamo powered lights and inbuilt rear, front and seat suspensions. It also features a single gear system. Easily folded and reduced down in size for ease in traveling and storing away in the closet.
